I want to share an important update with you regarding the joint collective bargaining agreement (JCBA). The Company submitted its post-hearing brief to the arbitrator on time on Monday, as did the Union, per the mutually agreed schedule. We have also informed the arbitrator that the Company will not seek to file any further briefs.
This concludes the last phase of the arbitration, and a decision is expected within 60 days.
We look forward to having a new JCBA in place soon that will provide you with a competitive compensation and benefits package, while we continue to serve all our customers and grow our business.
